Green Hill is a social development organization working for the marginalized people living in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) region of Bangladesh. Very recently Green Hill with the financial support of Vision Spring through the lead agency of United Purpose, Bangladesh has started implementing the “Reading Glass for improved Livelihoods (RGIL) Project” in three upazilas (Mohalchari, Dighinala, and Khagrachari Sadar) under Khagrachari district, Rangamati Sadar upazila and Bandarban Sadar upazila of Bandarban Hill District.
Green Hill invites application from the potential, competent, dynamic and interested candidates with the following required academic qualification and eligibility criteria to fill the vacant positions under this project.

The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing RGIL project activities at the upazila, union and community level, including beneficiary identification, eye campaign, eye screening, distribution of reading glasses, community awareness, monitoring, and coordination with local stakeholders S/he will facilitate organizing and conducting meetings, workshops, and trainings at upazila and community level. S/he will maintain liaison and networking with the Upazila level GoB officials of Health & FP department, LGI representatives and other stakeholders along with Green Hill and United Purpose team |

The Union Volunteer will lead community-level implementation of the RGIL project through awareness creation, vision screening assistance, eyeglasses distribution, data collection, and community engagement. S/he will facilitate organizing and conducting all sorts of meetings, workshops, and training at community level. S/he will maintain liaison and networking with the Upazila, union level GoB officials of Health & FP department, LGI representatives and other stakeholders along with Green Hill and United Purpose team. |
